Win bonus terms and conditions
1. The accident that caused your injury was not your fault.
2. That you have a genuine claim for personal injury
3. Your Claim is accepted by one of our panel solicitors.
4. That you instruct our panel solicitor to represent
5. That you fully cooperate during the course of your claim with and respond to our panel solicitors reasonable requests for information in a timely manner. Your full co-operation throughout is required in order to prove your case, and in particular in helping the panel solicitor identify the person you believed caused your injury.
6. You attend any medical examination the panel solicitor arranges for you
7. Liability is fully admitted by the other person’s insurer you identify as being at fault for the accident.
8. The admission of liability is in writing and addressed to our panel solicitor who we believe has conduct of your case
9. The accident for which you are claiming for happened within the last three years
10. The win bonus will be payable within 4 weeks or as soon as is practicable once the all the following has occurred whichever occurs later:-
(a) Your claim is accepted by on of our panel solicitors
(b) you instruct our panel solicitor
(c) The Insurer of the person you believe to be at fault for the accident provides a written admission of 100% liability for the accident and the letter is received by our panel solicitor.
(d) you have a genuine claim for personal injury.
(e) Our panel solicitor has a medical report confirming your injuries so the solicitors can prove your personal injury is worth a £1000 or more.
11 The win bonus does not apply to Small Claims which are typically minor injuries which are less than £1000.
12 he win bonus will not be paid for cases where we or the solicitor suspects that you have acted fraudulently in any aspect of your claim.
13 The win bonus will not be paid unless the solicitor believes there are reasonable prospects for success.
14 Where this win bonus payment is payable it is made in addition and in advance of your compensation entitlement
15 The win bonus payment will be made by cheque and sent to the address you provided to us at the time of your application unless you confirm otherwise
16 The win bonus will only be paid once
