What happens when you fill in a form?
When you apply online, one of our consultants will record the details of your accident and/or injury. If we think could benefit from legal advice and you agree to use our services, the consultant will put you in touch with a solicitor specialist in your needs. We don’t offer legal advice. This will come from the solicitor we introduce you to.
The Accident Law Centre will charge nothing for this service.
Why we’re different
If we can help you find a firm of solicitors and your claim goes on to be successful, we’ll give you a £150 win bonus. If we cannot help you, we’ll tell you straightaway.
To help us to improve our customer service to you (and make sure you get your win bonus) we ask the solicitor provides us with updates on the progress of your claim and its outcome. This information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Tell me more about the claims process
We are only interested in assisting genuine accident victims. If we suspect your claim is fraudulent, we will inform the relevant authorities. Additionally, if we discover you’ve made a fraudulent claim after paying you a win bonus, we will take legal steps to recover the £150.
